Understanding “Karma” The Law of Cause and Effect will make you feel better.

“What goes around comes around”,  or “Treat others as you want others to treat you”…are very popular expressions that almost everyone have heard before?  Have you ever used them?

All the above expressions or saying has a similar message related to Karma.  Everything we say, do or how we treat others, eventually will come back to us, either if we did good or bad.

I am an eternal believer of Karma “The Law of Cause and Effect”.  Navigating throughout the internet I found the following definitions of Karma and I thought to share with you.

On a definition from About .Com,  by “Barbara O’Brien, journalist and student of Zen Buddhism, define karma as” intentional actions” and refers to  the universal Law of Cause and Effect.  Also mention that karma is created not only by physical action but also by thoughts and words”.

Another definition by “The Free Dictionary by Farlex” “define karma as “the total effect of a person’s actions and conduct during the successive phases of the person’s existence, regarded as determining the person’s destiny.”

I tend to agree with both definitions.  I truly believe that our actions and words speak by itself.  Have you ever talk to yourself, and questioning; Why is this happening to me?  Why do I deserve this or that?  Or happening to someone who you might  know?

Those are questions that come to our mind when something that we dislike or bother us is happening at the present moment in time, but, we don’t know the reason and why is happening…

Sometimes we have the tendency to blame others, which is very easy to do, for all the negative experiences or frustrations that happens in our lives.  And also tell others don’t create problems for me…

But have you ever thought about what force cause that things to happened.   We are the creators of everything that happens in our lives, but we don’t believe that we are the creators.

“WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND” actions, words, everything we do, good or bad, it will come back to us.  But not necessarily come back immediately, it could happen a month, a year or many years after.

That is the reason that when it come back to us, either good or bad, we don’t remember what force cause that experienced.  We subconsciously are the creators of negative and positive experiences in our life time.

So what do you think decide everything that happens to us in our lives?…I think and  believe that our MIND, FEELINGS AND KARMA will decide everything  that happen to us in our lifetime.

What do you think???

I like to share the following quotes.  Which are descriptive and give us an idea on  how karma “The Law of Cause and Effect” works.

“When you see a good person, think of becoming like her/him. When you see someone not so good, reflect on your own weak” BY CONFUCIUS…

“Watch your thoughts, for they becomes words. Watch your words, for they become actions. Watch your actions, for they becomes habits.  Watch your habits, for they becomes character, for it becomes your destiny”  UNKNOWN AUTHOR…

“How people treat you is their karma; how you react is yours” BY WAYNE DYER..

I think that is no need to revenge, when bad things happened to us, because whoever actions or words have  hurt us, it is the other person karma.  Our responsibility is how we react to.  So eventually the person will receive back their own karma.  Can you understand and see that clearly?

Just wait and eventually you will witness that don’t matter what happens in your life whoever hurt you, screw up their own lives.  Don’t worry about it, keep on smiling, every cause has its effect and every effect has its cause.

Again understanding “KARMA” The Law of Cause and Effect will make you feel better.

I will see ya soon:-)
